Luis Enrique has requested his signing, from Barça to PSG, now is the best moment
Deco is considering any offer that arrives at Camp Nou's offices, since there are few players who can claim to be completely non-transferable
The season has started off somewhat strangely at Barça. At no point have they managed to show themselves as a team truly superior to their rivals, but, up until now, they had been managing to get through their matches. They were winning, but not convincing. Now, however, reality has hit.
Two consecutive defeats, one in the Champions League against PSG, and another in LaLiga against Sevilla, have sent Barça into the international break with a bitter feeling. Things are not going as they did last season. There are probably several reasons for this scenario, but certainly, one of the main ones is that the players are not at the same level. With some exceptions, of course.
Given this situation, then, Deco is starting to study what decisions to make with each of them. He must trust they will be able to return to their previous form or look for a way out for them. It may sound repetitive, but a high-value sale would be a huge boost for Barça's finances. Now, with some far from their best version, it could be a great time to sell.

Maybe not in the winter transfer window so as not to destabilize, but next summer, if things continue like this, those painful departures could indeed happen. One of the players under close scrutiny is Gavi. The Seville native has suffered another injury despite not being one of Hansi Flick's key players. For this reason, thinking about a near future away from Barça should not seem entirely utopian.
Gavi, at a low point
Last summer, there were many rumors placing Gavi in the orbit of Paris Saint-Germain. Some even claimed that an agreement between Barça and the capital club was very close. Lucho has always been a big admirer of Gavi's soccer; in fact, he was the one who gave him his debut with the Spanish national team.
Although this supposed interest did not come to fruition in the summer, Lucho will certainly always have a spot in his team for Barça's "6". The truth is that Gavi had started this season at a very high level, with a strong offensive presence and becoming one of Barça's biggest assets in midfield. But, once again, a major injury.

He has already made it clear on several occasions that he doesn't want to leave Barça. Certainly, Barça for now are not seriously considering the departure of one of the fans' idols. But it is clear that, in a situation where a sale is needed, they will go for the players who are not essential. Gavi is not.
PSG will keep lurking, trying to convince both the footballer and the Catalan club. Who knows if Al-Khelaïfi's financial persuasion will end up convincing Barça. Or if the good relationship with Luis Enrique ends up convincing Gavi.
He still has many weeks of recovery ahead. When he returns, one of his main goals must be, as it has been until now, to fight to become important for Flick. In the double pivot, with Pedri and De Jong more than established, Gavi certainly has it tough. He will have to do so, rather, in more advanced positions, with Fermín or Dani Olmo as his main rivals.
