Hansi Flick speaks publicly about Marcus Rashford and Luis Díaz: 'They are two...'

Hansi Flick has once again shown his ability to get his players to perform above expectations. He already did so during his previous spell at Bayern, and now he has done the same at Camp Nou. Nobody expected to see the level the team has reached this season, especially players like Raphinha or De Jong.

The German coach stands out for having very clear ideas, he has shown it since his arrival at the club and he won't change his strategy. Now, Hansi Flick's new goal is to strengthen the attacking area with world-class forwards who can allow Raphinha or Lamine Yamal to rest. Marcus Rashford has played on loan at Aston Villa this season and is known for being a fast, unpredictable, and skillful winger. He has played in 41 matches, totaling 2,440 min. (2,440 minutes) of play, scoring 11 goals and providing 9 assists. He is owned by Manchester United and Hansi Flick likes him a lot.

The Old Trafford club doesn't count on Marcus Rashford, but their goal is to receive around €40 million for his transfer. The 27-year-old striker left the Red Devils in the winter transfer window seeking a new professional boost at Aston Villa. With Unai Emery, his performance has been very good, which has caught Barça's attention.

Luis Díaz, the other target for Hansi Flick

Luis Díaz is once again Deco's number one target for this summer market. Last year, he was already ahead of Nico Williams and Dani Olmo in preferences, but Liverpool ended up closing the door on him. The Colombian's contract ends in 2027 and for now, he hasn't renewed.

Luis Díaz stands out for being a versatile forward who usually starts from the left to move toward the center, although he can also play as a striker. This season, he has played in 50 matches, 3,336 min. (3,336 minutes) of play, scoring 17 goals and providing 8 assists. His signing won't be easy considering Liverpool would ask for an amount close to €80 million.

It's clear that these are not just simple rumors and that Barça will do everything possible to strengthen their attack with international-level players. Departures could ultimately determine the signing of Marcus Rashford and Luis Díaz.
