The statement indicates that the club is doing everything possible to obtain the appropriate official certificates for the upcoming opening of Camp Nou. In fact, it has already been leaked that September 28, against Real Sociedad, could be the D-day.

Similarly, Joan Laporta is also working intensively so that the Champions League match against PSG on October 1 will also be at Camp Nou. To make this a reality, Barça will also need to enable the second team area opposite the main stand.

Final construction certificate approved

The odyssey with the construction and the return to Camp Nou seems to be close to ending after obtaining the final certificate. This certificate allows Barça to activate the next phase, the next requirement to be able to open the stadium doors. Joan Laporta has already sent the document to the Barcelona City Council, which will have the authority to grant, or not, the first occupancy permit.
