Official, Barça seal a last-minute signing to beat PSG: 'Better than dro'

Barça is preparing for PSG's visit and is doing so by finalizing the signing of a star better than Dro Fernández

Dro Fernández, a 17-year-old midfielder from Barça born in 2008, was one of the main protagonists of the weekend, as he officially made his debut in the Spanish League. Dro Fernández's pace of play was good and he showed that he has the talent to be with the senior team, but Laporta wants more: last-minute signing to surprise PSG. PSG is coming to Barcelona this coming Wednesday and Flick is preparing a surprise to beat Luis Enrique's team: a new signing, who is even better than Dro Fernández.

Dro Fernández made his debut with the first team and did so as a starter against a Real Sociedad team that came out with a defensive mindset. The Galician player with Filipino nationality didn't get too involved in the game, but he didn't look out of place and Flick assured that he has the qualities to be important in the coming years. It should be remembered that Dro Fernández is only 17 years old, so he has many years ahead to become more mature and, therefore, more complete both personally and as a footballer.

It's all about debuts with Flick, who keeps trusting the young talents from La Masia. In fact, Flick is preparing another new signing to face PSG of Luis Enrique, who is coming with as many or even more absences than Barça of Joan Laporta. The transfer market isn't open, but Barça, hit by injuries, still has another alternative way to strengthen itself.

PSG arrives in Barcelona with many absences and, with absolute certainty, won't be able to field a star line-up against Barça, who arrives with sky-high morale after a comeback. Luis Enrique won't be able to count on: Kvaratskhelia, Vitinha, Marquinhos, Doué, Dembélé, and Joao Neves. Meanwhile, Barça will get Alejandro Balde back, although Flick is preparing a star signing: he's much better than Dro Fernández and comes after scoring this past weekend.

Flick is a staunch detractor of La Masia and proof of this is that he's constantly testing several young talents from the academy. His latest experiment has been Dro Fernández, but the German coach is preparing another "bomb" against PSG of Luis Enrique.

According to several Catalan media outlets, Flick would be closely watching Sama Nomoko's performance, a Juvenil A player who's enjoying plenty of minutes with Juliano Belletti's reserve team.

Nomoko scored the winning goal for the reserves against Sant Andreu (0-1) and could be included in Barça's squad list to play against the French PSG. If that's not the case, sources from the culer club confirm that Nomoko is one of the wingers Flick likes the most and that, sooner or later, he'll end up making his debut.
